Extrusion is the heart of our production. With modern systems and many years of experience, we shape high-quality plastics into precise profiles that are exactly tailored to your requirements, in a wide variety of geometries and quantities.
With our high-performance machine park, we cover a broad spectrum of extrusion technology. On a total of 20 extrusion lines with single-screw and twin-screw extruders, we manufacture profile cross-sections from 1 x 1 mm to 200 x 200 mm – from delicate structures through to complex geometries.
Thanks to flexible production capacities, we implement both small and large series economically and reliably. Our production operates in three-shift mode to ensure maximum delivery reliability, short response times and on-schedule implementation of your projects.
Co-extrusion is a particular advantage: by combining different materials within a profile, different properties can be specifically realized, for example rigid-soft combinations or functional multi-component solutions.
